Our Experience
Our main areas of expertise are educational and governmental facilities. We have provided MEP/FS design and/or construction phase services on over 200 projects for 75 school districts/private schools. We are familiar with the requirements of the Ohio School Design Manual and have successfully provided MEP/FS assessments, design, and construction phase services for a range of institutions.
Our Expertise
We use our experience to assess and design HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, electrical lighting and power, electronic safety and security, telecommunications, site or underground utilities, and energy conservation recommendations for all MEP/FS systems.
Our design approach features sustainable, resilient, energy-efficient “net-zero ready” buildings, including provisions for on-site solar and designing all-electric buildings.
