This project involved engineering work on converting an office building to a preschool. The design included maximizing the use of existing building systems, while updating components to meet building code requirements, and incorporating the new use of the building. MEP/FS systems for the building were designed in accordance with the latest editions of the Ohio Building Codes.
RDFA’s role was to provide the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for this project, including site lighting, and Construction Administration in support of the Architect.

Jerome Elementary School
about this project
This project involved mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services on (2) separate Dublin elementary schools, Jerome and Bright Road. Both two-story new build elementary schools were prototypes of Dublin’s Glacier Ridge Elementary School.
RDFA’s role was to provide the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for this project, including site lighting. We provided Construction Administration in support of the Architect.

Jerome Middle School
about this project
This project involved mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services for a new two-story middle school, including all phases of building and site design. This new construction build was attached to the new Jerome Village Elementary School.
RDFA’s role was to provide the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for this project, including site lighting. We provided Construction Administration in support of the Architect.
