About this project

This project involved engineering work on a new 36,000 square foot medical office building in The Plains, Ohio. The design included reception/lobby, training/assembly spaces, office/program areas, and primary care medical offices. The construction budget is approximately $5.5 million to $6 million.

RDFA’s role was to provide the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design services for this project, including limited construction phase services to review MEP/FS construction.

Notable engineering features of this Project: design site natural gas, lighting, electrical, telephone, and cable television service systems. Design water and sanitary systems outside of the building.
