This project involved the design of a replacement RTU at the Raymond Elementary School. The existing 20-ton rooftop dedicated outside air unit was replaced with one that includes air conditioning and energy recovery.

Raymond Elementary School - Domestic Water Piping
about this project
This project involved the replacement of the domestic water piping system for Raymond Elementary School. All copper/galvanized steel piping downstream of the water softener system was replaced with new CPVC and/or PEX piping – to include domestic cold water, domestic hot water, and domestic hot water return piping. This also included the replacement of 5 well water pressure tanks in the main water room.
RDFA’s role was to provide the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for this project.

This project involved the replacement of five (5) heating hot water boilers at the Creekview Middle School. Lochinvar “Crest” boilers were utilized as the basis of design.
